I've been really disappointed with just how much of an evil sumbitch I can be, and still have nobody care. I completely slaughtered 4 separate towns, and nobody seems to actually care.
Also, you don't actually HAVE to level up weapons if you don't want to. I haven't put a single point into any weapons skill, I just run up to people with the combat shotgun and one-shot everyone with a 95% headshot. With Super Mutants, I have Jericho and Dogmeat and they do most of the work for me.
My biggest gripe about the game was the storyline that just kinda....ends, but I knew it would be ending ahead of time so I was able to save and go back to a previous save to explore some more and finish leveling up my guy. Once i hit 20 with my super evil dude I'm going to start a new campaign with a good guy.
